Renewals for 2023

We have started to get questions about renewals for 2023 so this is by way of advanced communication on the process which will be different this year because of our move to the new website.

In the future we will have a very simple annual membership process which will allow everybody to renew on the anniversary of their joining the club. Along-side this members will have a log-on to the website which will give them access to the member only content.

The majority of the club, those who joined as members before the launch of the new website have a renewal date of 1/1/23. We will send an email with a link to the renewal form on that date.

The process will be a simple one. There will be a form requesting the membership information we need along with your payment details. We will accept renewals any time during January but it will help us if you do it as quickly as possible after receiving the link.

Future renewals will then be for 12 months from the point you submit your renewal form.

We are not planning any increases in membership fees for this year despite the fact that we did more this year as it was our centenary and some of our costs have risen. We will also be reducing the membership fee by £5.00 for existing members who renew by the end of January 2023.
