Joining the Board?

Our annual club AGM will be held on Sunday 15th October. If you have any points or agenda items you would like included at the meeting please let me know at Chair@SanFairyAnncc.co.uk. Also if you would like to put yourself forward for a place on the board, please let me know so that I can include you in the voting process. I will send out more information on becoming a member of the board after the next board meeting on Monday 7th August.

Club Holidays

40 people are now booked for the Lake Annecy trip next June. This is an iconic place to relax and cycle and despite the excellent uptake there are still places so if you would like to join the trip, please contact stephenharmer@sanfairyanncc.co.uk

Club Run Coordinator Changes

A group - Mark Cain

9am Intermediates - Paul Ward

Inbetweeners: - Patrick O’Donnell-Bourke

B Group: - Philip Thorpe

Thanks go the previous coordinators respectively Simon Charlesworth, Kevin Griffiths, Philip Thorpe and Phil Taylor for their sterling work running the groups.

Our coordinators are the life blood of our club runs and make them the success that we all enjoy.

Milestone Changes

For many years our milestone magazine has been a crucial part of our club communications. Caroline Mortlock has delivered an excellent series of issues this year taking over from Lise Taylor-Vebel who managed it for many years. What has become clear this year is the size of the ongoing milestone production task and we therefore intend to review our approach to club communication for the future. If you would like to be part of our club communication process in 2024 and shape how we do it for the future, please get in touch with me at:  Chair@SanFairyAnncc.co.uk

Great Cycle Training Opportunity

Our excellent in house safety training course run by Tony Palmer is free until the end of October. The club wants to encourage riders to take advantage of this offer as our safety of the roads is such a high priority. If you would like to take up this opportunity please email Tony for dates. His email is: roadsafetytraining@sanfairyanncc.co.uk

Free Membership Anyone?

Don’t forget if you introduce three new members in the year your membership for the following year is free.
